The integrated medical waste sterilization and shredding equipment is designed for use in laboratories, dialysis centers, clinics, and hospitals.

It operates exclusively with steam and electricity, providing an efficient and eco-friendly solution for treating infectious waste directly at the source, such as: waste bags, rigid containers, sharps, gloves, laboratory materials, glass, plastic/rubber tubes, and filters.

The process is largely automated, with the exception of the manual transfer of sterilized waste from the sterilizer to the shredder. Depending on the capacity, a complete cycle lasts between 30 and 60 minutes and allows processing of up to 30 liters of waste.

After treatment, the waste becomes non-toxic, is shredded, and can be safely disposed of as municipal waste. The stainless steel chamber complies with the European Pressure Equipment Directive, and the dual-shaft industrial shredder with self-reversing blades reduces waste volume by up to 80%.

Steam is generated internally, and the system is equipped with a simple control panel where parameters such as sterilization time, chamber temperature, and pressure can be set manually. The system provides a safe, reliable, and fully automated process.
